Seayora Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
What consumer health data Seayora collects and why, where it comes from, who it is shared with, and how to exercise your rights under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.
What we collect
- A scan of facial geometry, made by our identity-verification provider during an identity check you agree to — Seayora never receives the images or the scan
- Health information you choose to write or upload in a message, a maintenance request, a support conversation or a document
- Accommodation and household records in a housing-program filing a landlord prepares, held on their behalf
- A location you choose to share in a conversation
Your rights
- Confirm and access what we hold, including every third party it was shared with
- Withdraw consent, and delete the data — including from backups within six months
- Appeal a refused request, then complain to your state attorney general
- We do not sell consumer health data, use it for advertising, or geofence health-care locations
