Sales Representative

Seayora sales reps bring landlords, property management companies and contracting businesses onto the platform, and earn a share of what the company makes from every account they open — for as long as their window on it runs. The application takes about fifteen minutes.

What the job is

Open a market: find landlords, managers and contractors who are running their business on paper, email and a spreadsheet
Show them the product, answer the real objections, and get them onto the platform
Stay with the accounts you open while your commission window on them runs
Work remotely, in the field, or both — full time, part time, employee or contractor

How the pay works

A Seayora sales rep is paid a share of what Seayora earns from the accounts they bring in. The share, how long it runs and how it is worked out are set out in writing before anybody starts, and the rep portal shows every figure behind every payment — every fee collected, what it cost to collect, and the commission on it.

Who you are and how to reach you
Your eligibility to work in the United States
Your sales experience, your quota history and the markets you can sell into
Your last few roles, and any education or training you want to tell us about
What you are looking for in pay, and two professional references
A resume, and a few questions in your own words

What we do not ask

We do not ask your date of birth, your age, your Social Security number, your citizenship, your marital status, your criminal history, or what you were paid in any previous job. Several of those are unlawful to ask where we hire, and none of them tells us whether you would be good at this.
