How much can a landlord charge for a late rent fee in Iowa?

In Iowa, a late fee may not exceed $12 a day or $60 in a month where the rent is $700 a month or less, and $20 a day or $100 in a month where the rent is more than $700. This is Iowa Code § 562A.9(4).
