How long does a landlord have to return a security deposit in Idaho?
In Idaho, a landlord has 21 days after the tenancy ends to return the security deposit, together with an itemised statement of any deductions. 21 days by default; a written lease may extend it to 30. This is Idaho Code § 6-321.
