The Contractor Network

How the trusted contractor network connects property managers and landlords with vetted service professionals for dispatched work.

When a landlord or management company doesn’t have an in-house maintenance team, the contractor network connects them with independent service professionals on Seayora.

For service professionals

Joining the network makes you visible for dispatched jobs from landlords and management companies using Seayora, in addition to your own direct customers.

For landlords and management companies

Route maintenance requests to available network contractors instead of maintaining your own list of phone numbers, with the same work-order tracking as any dispatched job.

What Seayora does and doesn’t do

Seayora facilitates the connection and the workflow around it; it is not a party to the agreement between the property owner/manager and the contractor, doesn’t guarantee work quality, and isn’t a licensing or insurance authority. Each side is responsible for their own vetting and compliance.

Frequently asked questions

How do I join the contractor network?

Set up a service-professional account and complete your profile — trades, service area, and availability — so dispatched jobs can be matched to you appropriately.

Am I an employee of Seayora or the property manager?

No — you remain an independent business. Nothing in the network relationship creates an employment relationship between you and Seayora or the property owner/manager.

Do I need to accept every dispatched job I’m offered?

No — decline anything that isn’t a fit for your schedule, trade, or service area so it can be routed to someone available instead.

Is there a fee to join the contractor network?

Check current Pricing for any fees tied to network participation — standard listing and processing fees may apply as they do elsewhere on the platform.
