Nothing. Your portal is on your manager’s account.
When a management company runs your building on Seayora, you get your own sign-in — what each unit collected, your statements, your distributions and every document. It costs you nothing, and it costs them nothing either. The management fee you pay your manager is between the two of you: Seayora does not set it and does not take a share of it.
Everything a property owner could be charged
The whole list. If it is not on here, it does not exist.
| What | You pay | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your owner sign-in | $0 | There is nothing to buy and nothing to subscribe to. |
| Owner statements and distribution records | $0 | Generated from the ledger, issued as PDFs, and yours to keep. |
| Every lease, invoice, inspection and notice for your building | $0 | In one place, without asking anyone for a copy. |
| Messaging your management company | $0 | In the same system the work happens in, attached to the property. |
| What Seayora deducts from your rent | $0 | Nothing. The platform is billed to your management company, not to you. |
| The management fee you pay your manager | Theirs to set | That agreement is between you and them. Seayora neither sets it nor shares in it. |
What the portal carries
Everything below is part of your management company’s account, at no charge to you.
- Your own sign-in, not a spreadsheet emailed to you once a month
- What each property collected and what it spent, updated as it happens
- Owner statements generated from the ledger, issued as PDFs you keep
- A record of every distribution paid to you
- Every lease, invoice, inspection report and notice for your building
- Open work orders and the building’s real condition, not a summary of it
- Compliance exposure and a building health score for your property
- Occupancy, collections and lease expirations for your units
- A direct line to your manager, attached to the property
Frequently asked questions
What does the owner portal cost me?
Nothing. It is part of the management company’s account, so there is nothing for you to buy, subscribe to or renew.
Does Seayora take a cut of my rent?
No. The platform is billed to the management company that runs your building. Nothing is deducted from your rent or from your distributions by Seayora.
What about the fee my management company charges me?
That is your agreement with them. Seayora records it in the books so your statement is accurate, but it does not set the number and takes no share of it.
How do I get a portal?
Ask your management company to switch it on. It takes them one action from their Owners screen, and it costs neither of you anything. If they are not on Seayora yet, we are happy to talk to them.
