Can I move the call instead of cancelling?
Usually, yes — open your invitation link before the room opens and choose “Move it”. Your join link does not change. Very close to the start that option closes, and replying to the confirmation email is the way.

Changing or cancelling
- Open the same link from your invitation. If the room has not opened yet, that page is where you move the call, cancel it, or add it to your calendar.
- Moving keeps the same join link and updates the entry already in your calendar — there is nothing to accept and no duplicate to delete.
- Very close to the start, moving online closes — reply to your confirmation email instead and we will sort it out.
- Cancelling emails both sides and releases the time for somebody else.
