Are the live cards the same as my phone’s widgets?
Yes. They are drawn from the same figures, in the same words, as the Seayora widgets on your iPhone or Android home screen, so the number on your desk and the number on your phone always agree.

Three kinds of widget
- Live cards — the same cards the Seayora home-screen widgets show on your iPhone or Android phone: what you collected and what is overdue, open work, what is next, applicants waiting, leases ending, today’s jobs and more. They refresh every minute, and a card that could not be checked says so rather than showing a zero.
- Pages — any screen in your portal, from Rent and Maintenance to Accounting, Reports and Settings, opened inside a pane. Each page pane has its own back, forward and reload, and links inside it stay in that pane. Full page leaves the workspace and opens the same page on its own.
- Panels — compact panels built for the workspace, such as net revenue this month, utility billing and single-figure stat cards.
Press Add widget (or ⌘K / Ctrl+K) to search everything you can place. The library filters by kind, previews the card or page you have highlighted, and lets you choose where it lands: as a tab in the focused pane, split beside or below it, or docked in a drawer along an edge. You can also drag a widget from the library onto any pane.
