Recordings attached to the job, handled carefully

A recorded call is the strongest possible record of what was agreed — and one of the most legally sensitive things a platform can offer. Seayora supports recording where enabled, attaches it to the relevant conversation or job, and is explicit about the obligations that come with it.

How recording works

  • Where enabled, calls may be recorded or transcribed
  • Recordings attach to the relevant conversation or job
  • Findable later without hunting through a separate call log
  • Used for quality, safety, dispute resolution, training, and records
  • Subject to notice and consent requirements

Consent is your responsibility

Some states require all-party consent to record a call. Others require only one party. You are responsible for your own compliance with recording law and with TCPA rules when using calling features. Seayora provides the capability and the record; it does not determine what is lawful in your jurisdiction. See the communications section of the Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions

Are all calls recorded?

No. Recording applies where it is enabled, and it is subject to notice and consent requirements.

Do I need consent to record?

Some states require all-party consent; others require only one party. Compliance with recording law and TCPA rules is your responsibility.

Where do I find a recording later?

Recordings attach to the conversation or job they belong to, so they are found in context rather than in a separate log.
