What Seayora Records About Your Use of Third-Party Services

Seayora meters the outside services your account uses — models, email, text messages, maps, identity checks — so it can budget for them. What is counted, what is not, and what it is never used for.

Running Seayora means paying other companies. A description written for you by the listing assistant is a bill from a model provider. A rent receipt is a bill from an email provider. A map on your listing page is a bill from Google. Seayora keeps a running count of those so it can budget for them honestly and keep pricing stable, and this page says exactly what that count contains.

What is recorded

One row per outside call, with the kind of call, when it happened, how long it took, whether it worked, and the size of it — tokens for a model, recipients for an email, segments for a text message. Where the call was made on behalf of a specific account, the account’s email address is on the row so the cost can be attributed to it.

Kind of callWhat is countedWhere it comes from
AI modelsInput and output tokens, and which modelListing descriptions, receipt scanning, bank-statement reading, the search assistant, tax questions
EmailNumber of recipients, and the template nameEvery transactional email; marketing blasts are counted against Seayora, not against a recipient
Text messagesNumber of carrier segmentsVerification codes, rent reminders, dispatch notices
Maps and address lookupMap loads and address-autocomplete sessionsReported by your browser, because that is where Google bills them
Identity and screeningOne row per inquiry, check or report orderedMerchant onboarding, applicant screening, and the identity check before a rental application or an outside lease signature
Data feedsOne row per queryCity compliance data, neighbourhood places, IP location

What is NOT recorded

  • None of the content. Not the prompt, not the model’s answer, not the body of an email, not the text of a message, not the contents of a document that was scanned.
  • No card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers or screening report contents. Those never enter this record at any point. An identity check counts as one check: the document, the selfie and the result of the check are not part of it.
  • No location. A map load counts as one map load; where the map was pointed is not part of it.

What it is used for, and what it is never used for

It is used for one thing: understanding and forecasting Seayora’s own costs, so the platform can be priced sustainably and so a runaway integration is caught in days rather than on an invoice. It is visible only to Seayora platform staff.

It is not used to price your account, and it never will be without telling you first and changing the Terms. It is not shared with anyone, sold to anyone, or used for advertising. It is not used to decide anything about you — not your pricing, not your limits, not whether a request is approved.

How long it is kept

The individual per-call rows are deleted after 90 days. What survives is a daily total per kind of call — for example “14 emails and 3 model calls on the 4th” — which is what a budget is actually built from and which is kept for as long as the account exists.

If you use an AI connector

When an assistant works on your portfolio through the Seayora connector or the API, its calls are attributed to your account and marked as coming from that connector rather than from the website. That is deliberate: an assistant left running on a schedule can make a great many more calls than a person clicking buttons, and both you and we should be able to see that.

Frequently asked questions

Are you reading my prompts or my emails?

No. The record holds the size and the outcome of a call — how many tokens, how many recipients, whether it succeeded — and never the content. There is nowhere in it for a prompt or a message body to be stored.

Will I be charged for the AI features I use?

Not today. Today these are costs Seayora absorbs, and this record exists so we know what they are. If that ever changes, it would be a pricing change: you would be told before it took effect, and the Terms would say so.

Can I opt out of being counted?

Not individually — it is the platform’s own cost accounting, in the same way a shop counts its own stock. It holds no content, is never shared, and is not used to make any decision about your account. If you want an account and its data removed entirely, see Data Export & Account Deletion.

Does the mobile app report this too?

The apps make the same requests to Seayora, and Seayora meters what it calls out to. The apps do not send a separate report of their own; the one thing reported from a client is a Google Maps load, because that is billed in the browser and the server would otherwise never see it.
