Finding programmes worth applying for
Sixteen questions about a building, and a shortlist of the housing programmes worth a phone call — with the reason for each.
The programme catalogue answers what exists where a building is. In a busy state that is fifty-odd entries, most of which have nothing to do with any one owner, and no way to tell the tax-credit allocation you will never win from the exemption you qualify for today. The finder answers the other question: which of these is worth a phone call.
It is on the website under Compliance → Programs & Filings → Find programmes, in the same place on iPhone, and behind "Find the ones worth applying for" on Android.
How to use it
Answer as much as you can. Only the state is required — most of what is available is decided at state and city level. Everything else is optional, and anything you leave blank comes back as a question rather than a guess. Starting from a building you already have in Seayora fills in the state and the city for you.
The four answers

"Tell us more" is deliberately its own answer rather than a shade of "probably not". An owner who is told no walks away from a programme they qualify for, and there is no second screen where they find out.
It never says "eligible"
Eligibility is the administering agency’s determination, made against a statute, a qualified allocation plan, a local ordinance and a stack of documents Seayora has never seen. What we can honestly say is whether it is worth applying. Treat the shortlist as the list of people to ring, not as an answer.
Opportunities and obligations are separated
Some entries are not things you apply for. NSPIRE, the Lead Safe Housing Rule, VAWA and DHCR rent registration apply to you once the conditions are met. They are drawn in their own section, because "worth applying" on one of those means it probably already binds you — which is not good news.
What we have not written down yet
A programme whose entry conditions we have not catalogued is marked and left on your list rather than hidden. Our backlog is not your answer.
Nothing is stored
The assessment is worked out from the answers on screen and kept nowhere. What you are thinking of doing with a building is not a record Seayora needs, and a saved assessment is one that goes stale and is then read as current. Enrolling a building is the separate, deliberate act that does create a record.
