Signing in on a new device is a deliberate act

A new device triggers a sign-in alert and device verification, and accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication, passkeys, or single sign-on. Access from everywhere should not mean access by anyone.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a mobile app to download?

There is no app-store download required. Seayora runs in the phone browser with full functionality, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Can I be signed in on my phone and my computer at the same time?

Yes. Multiple devices can be signed in simultaneously and stay in sync in realtime — a message read on one device shows as read on the others, and an active call is not interrupted when you close a second tab.

What happens when I sign in on a device I have not used before?

You get a new-device sign-in alert and the device goes through verification. You can also enable two-factor authentication or a passkey, and management companies can require single sign-on.

Do tenants get the same access?

Yes. The free tenant account works on any device, so a renter can pay rent from a laptop and send a maintenance photo from their phone using the same login.
