How long do ACH rent payments take to clear?
A bank transfer is submitted on the due date and usually settles two to four business days later. Both tenant and landlord can see its status throughout, and the receipt is issued when the payment settles, not when it is submitted.
Does the landlord pay a fee on rent collected?
Yes: one processing fee on rent collected through Seayora, 2% for independent landlords and 1.5% for management companies. It is the same on a bank transfer and on a card, so the landlord’s net is identical either way, and there is no setup fee and no monthly gateway fee.
Can late fees be applied automatically?
Yes. You configure the grace period and the late fee structure — flat amount or percentage — and Seayora calculates and applies it automatically according to the lease terms.
