Rent is likely your largest monthly expense, and it usually counts for nothing. You can opt into rent reporting in Seayora now and your choice is recorded — but payments are not yet furnished to the credit bureaus, so nothing is being reported today and no score changes. We would rather say that than quote you a number we cannot stand behind.

Does Seayora cost tenants anything?
Using Seayora is free for renters: searching, applying, reporting repairs and paying rent by ACH bank transfer cost nothing. Two things carry a charge, and both are shown before you choose them: a credit card adds a 2.9% + $0.30 surcharge (a debit card does not), and roommates who split the rent share $19 a month for the home.
How do I get my landlord on Seayora?
Send them the landlord page. Creating an account is free and posting a listing is free, there is no brokerage fee, and existing tenancies can be imported rather than re-entered. Both sides get messaging, digital leases and maintenance tracking.
Can I split rent with roommates?
Yes. Roommates can each pay their own portion of the rent from their own accounts, and the landlord sees the total compiled automatically.
