What happens if a payout fails?
A failed payout (for example, due to an incorrect or closed bank account) is flagged so you can update your payout details and have the funds resent rather than losing track of them.
From the guide Fees, Payouts & Refunds.
Changing your payout account
Once your payout account is approved, Settings → Payments & payouts (on the website, or Payout account in either app) shows “Change payout account” whenever the payment processor allows the account to be replaced. You type the new routing and account numbers into the processor’s own field — they never reach Seayora — and confirm with a one-time code, because where your money goes is the one change somebody holding a stolen session would want most. Payouts go to the new account from the next one; a payout already sent completes to the previous account. We email you whenever it changes. If the processor does not allow a change on your account, the screen says why instead of the button.
