Can an applicant see their own report?
Yes. Once it is back, the applicant can open their own copy from their application on the website, iPhone or Android, with a receipt showing what each report cost from the agency and what they were charged. They also have FCRA rights to dispute anything inaccurate with the consumer reporting agency.

What you see, and what you never see
The report opens from the application in Seayora on the website, iPhone and Android. It is read from the agency each time you open it — Seayora does not keep a copy — and each time it is opened is recorded. Only the account that owns the home can open it; Seayora staff cannot.
Some things in an agency’s file are never shown: the Social Security number and date of birth on the file; race, physical descriptions and photographs in court records; full account numbers (you see the last four digits); itemized medical debts; and criminal records with no conviction — arrests, dismissed, pending, sealed or expunged cases. Those are counted, so you know something was withheld, but not shown: an arrest alone is not evidence that anybody did anything, and many places bar using one.
