A real request comes from the business that paid you, names them, and links to seayora.com. Seayora never asks for your full taxpayer ID by email or phone. If in doubt, call the business on a number you already have.

Opening your 1099

The email carries a link, never the form. The form opens only with the last four digits of your SSN, EIN or ITIN; five wrong tries lock it for 30 minutes. It stays available until October 15 of the following year — download a copy for your records. For a paper copy, ask the business that paid you; their phone number is on the page.
