Yes — depending on your lease setup, each tenant can enroll individually for their share, or one tenant can cover the full rent, matching however the lease splits responsibility.

How to set up AutoPay for rent
AutoPay is on for every rent charge, and it pays with your default payment method. So setting it up is one step: save a payment method.
- On the website, go to Settings → Payment methods and add a bank account or a card. In the iPhone and Android apps it is Settings → Payment methods too.
- If you have more than one method, choose Make this my default on the one AutoPay should use.
- A bank account and a debit card carry no fee. A credit card adds a fee, which is shown before anything is charged.
