How much is the card fee on rent?
A credit card payment carries a 3% card fee on top of the rent — $60.00 on $2,000 of rent, for example. It is shown as a total before the tenant chooses to pay by card, and the landlord receives the same amount whichever way the tenant pays. Debit cards and bank transfers carry no fee.

Payment methods and processing
Payments are handled by our payment processor. Paying from a bank account (ACH) is free to the tenant. Paying by credit card adds a 3% card fee to that payment, shown in full before the tenant chooses it; a debit card is taken at no extra charge. Seayora does not store full card numbers.
