Can I do this on my phone?
Yes. The iPhone and Android apps have the same application, and if the processor later asks for a photo of your ID you can take it with your phone’s camera.
From the guide Opening Your Payout Account.
When the processor asks for more
Sometimes the review needs one more thing before it can approve you. Your payment settings then show What our payment processor needs, as a list, and we email you. Each item is answered right there:
- A detail to correct — for example a phone number, an address or an EIN. Only that one box opens, showing what is on file. Numbers Seayora does not keep (an SSN, an EIN, a date of birth) are typed again.
- A document — for example a photo of your government ID, a bank statement or your EIN letter. Take a photo or choose a file; it uploads from your device straight to the processor, and Seayora does not keep a copy.
- A new payout bank account — entered again in the processor’s own field. It replaces the one on file.
You can answer some items now and the rest later with Save for now. When everything is marked done, press Send for review. It will not send while something is still needed, because the review would only stop at the same place again.
