Some of my details were already filled in. Where did they come from?
From your Seayora account — your profile, your company name, your listings and your signed leases. A note at the top of the form lists what was filled in. Change anything that is wrong before you submit.
From the guide Opening Your Payout Account.
It opens filled in
We fill in what your Seayora account already knows: your name, email, phone number, company name and address. If you rent out property, we also suggest a short description of your rentals, a link to one of your listings as your website, and estimates of your payment volumes worked out from your signed leases. A note at the top of the form says exactly what was filled in. Check each one — every box can be changed, and you are confirming the details are right when you submit.
Nothing sensitive is filled in, because Seayora does not keep it: your Social Security number, your EIN and your date of birth are always typed by you.
