The Integrations Directory: Everything Seayora Connects To

One page listing every integration — AI assistants, QuickBooks, bank feeds, imports from other software, listing syndication, ENERGY STAR, payments, payroll, calendars and partner apps — with what each reads, what it costs and whether it is connected on your account.

Everything Seayora connects to, and whether it is connected on this account. Connecting always happens on the screen that owns it, so nothing here changes anything by itself.

It is called Integrations everywhere. On the website it sits in the Assistance group of the Operations tab for landlords and property managers, in the On site group for contractors, and on the Dashboard tab for residents. On the iPhone and Android apps it is in the Tools hub, and in the same hub section as on the website.

What each card tells you

  • What it does — one line, then a fuller description under Details.
  • What it reads and sends — in plain words, which of your Seayora records the integration reads and whether it writes anything back.
  • What it costs — most cost nothing; where another company charges, the card says who bills you.
  • Whether it is connected on this account, read live each time you open the page.
StatusWhat it means
ConnectedSet up and working on this account.
Needs attentionSet up, but something needs you — a bank asking you to sign in again, or an app that was blocked.
UsedSomething you have used here before, such as an import from another product.
Not connectedNot set up on this account yet.
Couldn’t checkSeayora could not check just now. It is not the same as not connected — open it to see.
Not available yetBuilt, but not switched on for customers yet.

Open, Set up and Manage take you to the screen that owns the integration — the bank feed, QuickBooks, the import, the calendar link. Nothing on the directory page connects or disconnects anything by itself.

Here is everything Seayora connects to today, by category. Each account sees the ones that apply to it.

Partner apps

Apps other companies built on Seayora’s public API. Seayora reviews each one before it is listed; you choose what it may read on the permissions screen when you connect it.

Each partner listing names the company that built it, its price, its privacy policy and the Seayora permissions it will ask for. Listed after review by Seayora. Seayora does not run this app — its own terms and privacy policy apply.

Connecting a partner app takes you to its own sign-up, then to Seayora's permissions screen, where you choose what it may read and confirm with a one-time code. You can disconnect it at any time from Connected apps.

Pin, filter and directory settings

  • Pin up to 12 integrations to keep them at the top of the page.
  • Filter to Connected or Not connected, or to one category, and search by name or company.
  • Directory settings: choose which view opens first, hide categories you never use, and switch on a Seayora Alert when a new partner app is listed.

These settings follow your account, so a pin made on the website is the same pin on your phone.

Asking for an integration

Use something Seayora doesn’t connect to? Tell us — the product team reads every request and you will see its status under Settings → Feedback.

Ask for an integration names the product and what you would use it for. It becomes a Feedback item, so you can follow its status and read the product team's reply under Settings → Feedback.

Team access

For a management company or a contractor's team, the directory follows the Integrations permission. Pins, directory settings and requests are always each person's own.

Asking your assistant

If you connect Seayora to Claude or ChatGPT, your assistant can tell you what Seayora connects to and what is connected on your account ("is QuickBooks connected?", "what can Seayora sync my bank with?"). It reads the same directory you see; it cannot connect or disconnect anything.

For Seayora's own team

Partner listings are managed in the admin console under Integrations → Directory, and on both phones in the console as Directory listings. A listing moves through draft, listed, hidden: Draft — Only the console can see it. Listed — Shown in every matching account’s directory. Hidden — Taken out of the directory. Connections people already made keep working. A listing can be shown only once it names a registered app that is not blocked and has an icon. Integration requests shows what customers asked for, grouped by name.
