Disconnecting Integrations & Data Portability

How to disconnect an integration like QuickBooks, export your data, and understand what stays in Seayora afterward.

You’re never locked in. Every integration can be disconnected, and your own data can be exported.

Disconnecting an integration

Revoke access from your Seayora settings or directly from the third party’s (e.g. Intuit’s) app permissions. Disconnecting stops future syncing immediately; it does not delete data already imported into Seayora.

Exporting your data

  • Financial reports and transaction exports from the accounting suite.
  • Property, lease, and tenant records.
  • Documents and uploaded files.

Full account closure

If you’re closing your Seayora account entirely rather than just disconnecting an integration, see data export and account deletion for what’s retained and what’s removed.

Frequently asked questions

Does disconnecting delete my QuickBooks data?

No — disconnecting only stops future syncing between the two systems. Your data in QuickBooks stays in QuickBooks, and your data already in Seayora stays in Seayora, untouched.

Can I export in a format QuickBooks can re-import?

Standard exports are typically CSV; whether QuickBooks can re-import a given export depends on the record type and Intuit’s own import tools.

Will disconnecting affect jobs or leases already in Seayora?

No — disconnecting only affects the accounting sync. Your properties, leases, jobs, and everything else in Seayora continue working normally.
