How long do I have to respond?

The deadline is set by the card network and shown on the dispute — usually a couple of weeks from when it opens. Seayora reminds you 7, 3 and 1 days before it and on the day.

From the guide Payment Disputes & Chargebacks.

Who can respond

The account that received the payment, and team members its owner has given “Take & refund payments”. Seayora staff can see a dispute to help you but cannot answer one for you — the response is a statement by your business, signed by a person at it. An assistant connected to your account can tell you which disputes need a response, but cannot answer or accept one.
