A subsidized tenancy has two payers for one home. The resident pays their portion, which Seayora already collects as rent. A housing agency pays the rest straight into your bank account — and until you tell Seayora about it, that half is invisible: nobody can say whether this month’s payment came.
Housing assistance is where you record the agency’s half. Seayora lays out one expected payment a month, you record what arrived, and a payment that has not come by its usual day plus the grace days you set is called late and you are told once.
