Why is a payment late on Seayora when the agency says it is on time?
Late here means past the day you told Seayora the agency usually pays, plus the grace days you set. If your agency pays on a different day, change the expected day on the arrangement — months nothing is recorded against are re-dated; recorded months are left exactly as they were.
