Advertise a rental free for 60 days, then $9 a month per listing

Every Seayora listing advertises free for its first 60 days. After that it is $9 per month for that listing, charged only while the unit is actually vacant and prorated by the day — the moment a lease is signed, the advertising charge stops. There is no brokerage fee, no setup fee, and no platform subscription. Publish a unit in minutes with a full photo and video gallery, and every application that arrives flows straight into screening, leasing, and rent collection without re-entering anything.

Why the fee is tied to vacancy, not to your unit count

A listing is an advertisement, so Seayora only bills for it while it is doing advertising work. Most platforms charge a monthly subscription that scales with how many doors you own, whether or not anything is vacant, or take a brokerage cut out of the first month's rent. Seayora does neither: a fully occupied portfolio of any size costs $0 in advertising fees, and a unit that sits vacant past its free 60 days costs $9 a month until it rents.

Listings are the front of one connected pipeline

A listing becomes an application, an application becomes a screened applicant, a screened applicant becomes an e-signed lease, and that lease drives rent collection, credit reporting, and accounting. Because it is one system, you never re-key a name, a rent amount, or a lease date.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to list a rental on Seayora?

Each listing advertises free for its first 60 days. After that it is $9 per month for that listing, charged only while the unit is vacant and prorated by the day. Posting is always free, and Seayora never charges a brokerage fee.

Is listing on Seayora completely free?

No — and we would rather be clear about it. The first 60 days of every listing are genuinely free, with nothing charged and nothing owed. From day 61 a vacant listing costs $9 per month. There is no charge to post, no setup fee, no subscription, and no brokerage fee, and the advertising charge stops as soon as the unit is rented.

What happens on day 61 if my unit is still vacant?

The listing keeps running and starts accruing $9 per month, prorated at roughly $0.30 per vacant day. Charges are batched and billed in arrears to the card on file, and all of a landlord's units settle in a single charge rather than one per unit.

Do I pay the $9 once the unit is rented?

No. Advertising billing is tied to vacancy. When the unit is marked rented, the meter stops that day and any partial balance is settled once — after that the listing costs nothing.

How many properties can I list?

There is no limit. Independent landlords and property management companies can both list unlimited units, and each listing gets its own independent 60 free days.

What happens when someone applies to my listing?

The application lands in your applicant pipeline with the renter's details attached. From there you can run FCRA-compliant screening — paid for by the applicant — and, if you approve them, generate and send a digital lease for eSignature without leaving the platform.
