Applying to five apartments should not mean filling in the same form five times. A Seayora Renter Profile stores what you have already entered so you can apply across Seayora properties without starting over. No consumer reporting agency is connected at the moment, so no screening report is ordered and no screening fee is charged; once one is, the profile is also what stops you paying for it at every listing.

How your data is handled
Screening data is regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You enter sensitive identifiers such as your SSN directly into an encrypted portal, and reports are handled under FCRA requirements. Seayora also supports data export and account deletion.

Do I pay a screening fee for every application?
There is no screening fee at the moment — no consumer reporting agency is connected, so nothing is ordered and nothing is charged. Once screening is available, a renter profile is what lets you apply to multiple Seayora properties without paying for it at every one.
Who can see my screening data?
Screening information is FCRA-regulated and is used for the rental decision it was collected for. You enter sensitive identifiers in an encrypted portal.
