I never received my password reset email. What now?

Check your spam folder first, then send it again from the same screen. If nothing arrives, the likeliest reason is that the address you typed is not the one on your account — we answer identically either way, on purpose, so we cannot tell you which it was. Try any other address you may have signed up with, or contact support.

From the guide Account Security: SSO, 2FA & Passkeys.

Made your account with Apple, now signing in with Google (or the other way round)

If Apple hid your email address when you signed up, your Google address will not match it, so choosing Continue with Google for the first time takes you to the “finish creating your account” screen. Don’t create a second account: under “Already have a Seayora account?” on that screen, sign in with Apple. Google is then added to the account you already have, and from then on either one opens it — on seayora.com and in the iPhone app, and Google in the Android app too. It works the same way the other way round, adding Apple to an account you made with Google.

Whenever a new way to sign in is added, a Seayora Alert says so in your messages and on your phone. If that was not you, remove it in Settings → Security → Sign-in methods and change your password.
