Not every signed agreement is a lease. Seayora’s e-signature tools also support other contracts — vendor agreements, service terms, addenda, and one-off documents.

Can I reuse a contract template for multiple vendors?

Does a non-lease contract get the same audit trail as a lease?
Yes — every e-signed document, regardless of type, gets the same tamper-evident, timestamped audit trail described in the leasing and e-signature docs.
