Someone I brought in signed up without my link. Can I still be paid?
Yes — claim the account from My accounts and say how you brought them in. Seayora approves it or tells you why not; if it is approved it earns from the day of approval.
From the guide Sales reps — your accounts, your pipeline and what you are paid.
How an account becomes yours
| How | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your referral link or code | Someone opens seayora.com/ref/<your code> and creates an account — or signs up in the Seayora app and types your code under “Have a referral code?” on the last screen — and it is attributed to you. If Seayora reviews link sign-ups, it waits for approval first. |
| A claim | They signed up without your link. Open My accounts → Claim an account, give their email and say how you brought them in. Seayora approves it or explains why not. |
| Seayora assigns it | An administrator attributes an account to you directly — a handover, a territory, a house account. |
One rep at a time is paid for an account. Terms are recorded on the account when it is attributed, so a later change to your plan does not silently move accounts you already have — Seayora decides whether a plan change reaches them, and you are emailed either way.
Tenants are never attributed. Only landlords, management companies and service pros are accounts a rep is paid for.
