Why is a lead not valued?

It needs units and an average rent (or the monthly rent collected), or a contractor’s monthly volume. The lead says which is missing; add it and the value appears.

From the guide Sales reps — your accounts, your pipeline and what you are paid.

Working your pipeline

  • Every lead with units and an average rent (or monthly rent collected), or a contractor’s monthly volume, is valued with the Estimator on your own plan. A lead without those figures says what it needs instead of showing $0.
  • The pipeline adds up what your open leads would earn you in their first year, and weights it by stage — New 10%, Contacted 20%, Demo booked 40%, Proposal sent 60%. That weighting is a rule of thumb for planning, not a measurement of your pipeline.
  • Each open lead is Hot, Warm, Cooling or Going cold, from when you last called, emailed, texted or met them; a note to yourself does not count as contact. Going cold is also a filter.
  • Each open lead suggests its next step for its stage, with the playbook’s words ready to send.
  • A lead that looks like another in your pipeline is flagged, and a lead’s email tells you whether it is already a Seayora account and whether a rep already holds it.
  • Pipeline insights show which sources and kinds of business have turned into accounts for you, how long a win has taken, why recent leads were lost, and this week’s activity against last week’s — all counted from your own leads.
