Technician scorecards

How each person on your crew is doing over the last 30, 90 or 365 days, beside the team average — from your own jobs, invoices, time clock and ratings.

Scorecards show how each person on the crew is doing, beside the team’s average, from records your business already keeps. On the website go to Operations → Scorecards; on the phones it is Tools → Scorecards. Choose the last 30, 90 or 365 days.

What is measured

  • Jobs completed — a job done by a crew counts for everybody on it.
  • Revenue — each person’s share of their jobs’ invoices before tax (a crew job is split equally), and the average ticket.
  • Hours logged on your time clock, and revenue per hour.
  • On time — of their jobs that had a scheduled time, how many were finished within a day of it.
  • Customer rating, from the ratings customers left on their jobs.
  • Return visits within 30 days — a new job at the same property within 30 days of one they finished. It can be a fault, a follow-on job or a different trade, so it is not called a callback.
  • Estimates accepted, tips, daily logs submitted and disputes.

A dash means there was nothing to measure — no ratings is not a zero rating, and nothing scheduled is not 100% on time.

What a technician sees

Every technician can open My scorecard to see their own figures beside the team average, whatever their access. Nobody but the business and the person themself sees a scorecard. Scorecards rank nothing for pay — commission is worked out separately from each plan.

Who can do what

The business’s scorecards use the Analytics permission. A connected assistant can read them — “who on my crew has the best average ticket this quarter?” — read only.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a figure a dash?

There was nothing to measure in the window — for example no ratings, or no jobs with a scheduled time.

Does a return visit mean the technician made a mistake?

Not necessarily. It is a new job at the same property within 30 days, which can be a follow-on job or a different trade.
