Tell customers you are on the way — with an honest arrival time
Customers do not need to watch a dot on a map — they need to know when somebody will be at the door. One tap on “On my way” tells them, with a live arrival time that says whether it came from a road route or an estimate, and your crew’s location is never shown to anyone.
What it does
- On my way: one tap tells the customer in the app and by text, with a live arrival link
- Arrival times from a road route or an estimate — and the page says which
- Marked arrived automatically at the job site or on clock-in
- Route planning that sequences a technician’s day
- Status visible to the landlord and the resident on the request
Frequently asked questions
Can customers see where my technician is?
No. They see how many minutes away the technician is and when that last updated — never a position. Seayora keeps only the latest reading while a technician is on the way, and erases it on arrival.
